You can practice SUP Yoga (Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga) with our certified yoga instructor –Neda. Resident of Vis Island, Croatia and Macedonian – American yoga teacher Neda Kocare started her love affair with yoga at the age of fifteen in San Diego, California. She has been practising yoga ever since. It was there she discovered her love for SUP Yoga. After returning from the United States back to Europe, she found herself on the Island of Vis, and immediately brought her love for SUP Yoga to Stand UP Paddle Vis. She teaches a dynamic vinyasa class which will, in addition to activating every muscle in your body, deepen your breathing, calm the mind, and help you fully connect with yourself and the nature that surrounds you.
